When can we book a party?
Our set party times are Saturdays or Sundays 12-2pm or
3-5pm. These are subject to availability.
However, we may accommodate other days and times,
which will incur a separate charge due to special customer specified times out of normal opening hours.
Again these are charged at variable rates dependent on day/time.
What does the Party Package include?
During the two hour party, you and your friends will learn loads of spins, tricks, pirouettes, and floor work. All of these will be choreographed into your very own routine.
We highly recommend you film the routine to admire your work later when you’re sipping on cocktails and getting ready for the night ahead.
Or film it as a cheeky surprise for your partner? The routine is a lot of fun and catered to any pole ability. You may bring your own refreshments to the class.
What are the prices?
Parties of 5-6 people……..£30pp
Parties of 7-9 people……..£25pp
Parties of 10+ people…….£20pp
20 or more people in your group? Enquire separately for a cost and ask about our extra options.
Book a photographer
Hire a personal photographer for the duration of your party for just £70.00 (2 hours).
Includes all the best shots taken on the day sent to you via email for you to print, copy and upload online.
Photography, decoration, food and drink requests can be made but will incur a separate charge, prices may differ and would be subject to availability.

What are the terms?
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking. The rest will be paid via card/cash upon arrival.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill in the consent forms, pay the remainder of your party costs and to change so that you can take full advantage of your appointment.
Deposits can be paid via Card, Cash or PayPal. If paying cash this can be done during our class timetable opening times.
Deposits are non-refundable as the space will have been allocated especially for your party.
Extra package options of photography do not require a deposit prior to the party but do require payment in cash only. The reason for this is due to photography being a separate service to Pole Physique and therefore we cannot take card payments on their behalf.
As a qualified pole instructor and certified and approved by the regulatory body PDC, I pride myself on quality. All instructors are fully qualified, insured and First Aid trained and our classes/parties are undertaken in a fully equipped personal studio and not a gym or nightclub.
What should I wear?
You will need your legs and arms to grip the pole so a vest top and shorts are best to sufficiently grip the pole.
You can be barefoot, wear trainers or your favourite high heels. Everyone has a different preference so all the above are suitable.
Your attire can be casual or your favourite outfit. Again, the emphasis is on your comfort or glamour depending on what your party wants!
Do I have to be fit to take a pole class?
Absolutely not! You don’t have to be a size 10 either or under 20 years old! Our main priority is making our students welcome irrespective of age, fitness, size and all of those other things we worry about.
We know that every person that starts at Pole Physique has reasons for signing up and goals to achieve.
As well as the obvious toning and weight loss advantages that our classes provide, I am very passionate about the self-esteem, confidence, and empowerment that our classes bring.
As the amazing Ru Paul says:“If you can't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else”.
Where are you?
We’re based at Suite 202, White Studios 62 Templeton Street Templeton on the Green G40 1DA. There’s also free parking and Bridgeton train station a few minutes walk.
We’re also not far from Glasgow city centre if you are walking.
