Return Policy

Returns and refunds

We want you to be very happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your item within our returns period. The products must be returned with tags (if applicable) and in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unwashed. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or makeup.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit note, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange or e-gift card will be offered. If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered.

How to return

To initiate your return please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange. Once we have received your initial email you are welcome to bring your return to the studio . Any shipping costs to return must be pre-paid by the customer. Please ensure you purchase tracking in order to cover yourself should items get lost in the post.

Return shipping costs

We are unable to refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the product is faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights to return a faulty or damaged item.

Process times

Once we receive your return we will process the refund or credit note (e-gift card) within 7 days and notify you by email when this has been done. Please note it can take several days for your refund to show up on your credit card or bank.

Exchanges and credit notes

To request an exchange please reply to your original purchase email and let us know the product you would like. Should you wish a credit note we will isuue that in the form of an e-gift card which will expire 12 months from the date of issue.
